Postpartum is an opportunity to start anew.
Get yourself moving from baby back to the gym. Postpartum training is meant to recalibrate and
set a solid foundation of sustainable, efficient movement for the rest of your life.
Each session includes breath work, warm up, strength, conditioning, & accessory work with our BIRTHFIT Coach Theresa Bodman
$25 per class
$30 per hour training session
