BIRTHFIT Prenatal Foundations Training
In this four week series, you'll establish a functional foundation of movements to carry you through your Motherhood Transition.
Working with a BIRTHFIT Professional and connecting with other pregnant women, you'll create intentional movement practices, enhance the three metabolic pathways, and prepare - both physically and non-physically - for your upcoming labor, birth, and postpartum period.
No matter what your previous fitness level or what your birth plan is, join us to move with intention, cultivate stability in your changing body, and prepare for what's to come!
Class meets twice per week on Wednesdays at 7pm and Saturdays at 9am.
